Our Luxury Parkside Accommodation is situated on the edge of Nicholas Everitt Park in Oulton Broad. We have two apartments in Bridge Road. Each apartment is fully self contained with its own entrance in a sympathetically renovated and restored Grade 2 listed building. The building was restored and completed in August 2017. Close by is our Everitt Road property which is a character cottage in the centre of Oulton Broad and on the edge of the Broads National Park.
The ground floor apartment is luxurious and sleeps 3. The apartment is spacious and tastefully furnished with a large private entrance hall leading to a double aspect lounge area. A large master bedroom with king size bed and a smaller second bedroom with single bed. The kitchen is down some stairs in the basement with a seating area, walk in pantry, gas oven, microwave, fridge and freezer. There is a large bathroom with bath and rain shower over the bath. The apartment has both wooden floors and tiles, with warm rugs in the lounge and master bedroom. It is centrally heated with free wifi also included.
The upper floor apartment is luxurious and sleeps 4. It is spacious and tastefully furnished with a self contained entrance hall with stairs leading to the upper floor apartment. It has two large bedrooms one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. There is a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. The lounge is spacious and has a dining area too. A shower room with rain shower completes the room list. The apartment has tiled and wooden floors, with carpets in the bedrooms and lounge. It is centrally heated with free wifi also included.
A three story Victorian semi detached self catering cottage full of character and situated on the edge of Nicholas Everitt Park in Oulton Broad. The Cottage sleeps up to six people, is fully furnished and self contained with three large bedrooms overlooking the Park, and a courtyard garden at the back.
The Cottage has an entrance hall leading to lounge with comfy sofas and TV, and separate dining room with a table that seats six. There is a fully fitted and equipped kitchen with large fridge freezer and dishwasher and through the kitchen a shower room and WC. Up the stairs on the first floor is a large bathroom and utility area, there are two bedrooms one with a king size bed and the other with a double bed. More stairs lead up to the top floor where there is a large spacious attic room with double bed. Outside the Cottage is a well maintained courtyard garden with seating area. The cottage also has two car parking spaces.
